This policy explains how Flydays collects, uses and protects your personal data when you register your school on this website. We are committed to handling your information in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Flydays Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number 792075), based in Dublin 16. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at hey@flydays.com.

2. What we collect

When you register your school through the form on this site, we collect:

• The school you select or add;
• Your WhatsApp number;
• Optionally, your name and email address, if you choose to also receive the research as a PDF by email.

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this site. We measure aggregate, anonymous traffic using a cookieless analytics service (no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking). Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (e.g. IP address) for security and reliability for a limited period.

3. Why we use your data and our lawful basis

We use the information you provide to:

• send you the research and related updates on WhatsApp (a small, fixed number of messages — the research, the numbers, and what to do next);
• send the research as a PDF and email updates, where you have opted in;
• identify when enough people from a school have registered so a free sample pack can be sent to that school.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the relevant boxes on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your rights).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements, including:

• Klaviyo — to manage contacts and send messages;
• WhatsApp / Meta — to deliver WhatsApp messages to your number;
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above — until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last interaction.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to our processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
