Flydays Signup Forms - Internal Use
This page is hidden and shows all the forms available in the Flydays: SIgnup Section.
How to use these forms
This internal page shows every layout of the Flydays: signup section side by side. Each layout below has a short note on when to use it. A screencast overview will be added here.
Safe to test: every form on this page submits to the preview endpoint, so a signup made here is tagged as test data and never counts as a real signup. Do not copy the endpoint setting from these instances onto a real page: on real pages, leave the Signup endpoint URL at its default.
To place a form on a real page, add the Flydays: signup section in the theme editor and pick the layout from its Form type setting. The schools search uses the full 3,938-school register by default. Give every instance an Anchor id so links can jump straight to it.
1. Card
The standard boxed form. Use it mid-page on landing and campaign pages where the form sits between other content blocks. This demo has everything switched on: school search, role question, name and tell-us-why. Each of those is a toggle.

2. Inline
The card without its box, for sitting on a background the page already provides. Leaner by default: no name or tell-us-why fields.

3. School panel (navy)
The navy-branded panel. Use it where the form is the visual centrepiece of a stretch of page rather than one block among many.

4. Summary strip
The one-line Science of Comfort strip: a low-commitment capture for research-heavy pages, placed high on the page. One channel at a time, with a swap to email. No school search by design.
There's a lot of research on this page, we know that.
We will send you a simple one-page summary to your WhatsApp.
Please help us spread the word by passing it along.
5. Pass-it-on hero
The full-width Science of Comfort closer. Use it near the end of a page to ask readers to pass the research on. Channel-shaped like the strip: no school search, WhatsApp or email with a dynamic consent tick.

6. School page
The per-school placement. It needs a school context (the picker or a handle), always asks the role, and shows per-role copy and CTAs. When the school's status flips to live, the form gives way to the In panel automatically. This demo is fixed to St. Louis Girls National School.

Not yet - but it's close.

7. Takeover
The search-first, full-page treatment used on the Is your school in page. It always searches, shows an In or Not yet chip per school from the register, and hands over to the In card the moment the live status confirms.
